Morning vs. Afternoon Workouts

People are always looking for absolutes.  It’s frustrating to a lot of people when the answer is “it depends.”  The problem with absolutes is what is what absolutely works for some is far from what is ideal for others.  A common fitness debate is “when is the best time to workout?”   There is the crowd that swears by their five am training sessions and the others that say after work they feel they get the most from their workout.   If you haven’t figured out the answer yet; “it depends.” Let’s have a look at both camps and see where the answer might lie for you.   Keep reading here…
