Great Monday Workout

If your stuck looking for the next great workout plan here’s a good total body workout to get you started.  So ditch the Tri’s and Chest routine and give this a try!

A1)  Deadlift- 3×6

A2)  Wall Slides- 2×12

B1)  Kettlebell Unilateral Overhead Press 3×8

B2)  Plank 2x(Three 8 breath holds)

B3)  Slideboard Leg Curl

With a proper warmup (hint: not walking on the treadmill or 5 minutes) this should be a great workout to kick off the week!
