Great read for guys that have the “skinny fat” body type.  Good basic truths that dispel some common bodybuilding myths that just don’t apply to those born not looking like bodybuilders.

Learn How to Hinge in Three Easy Steps by Anthony Mychal

Another one from Anthony Mychal, a new name to my reading repertoire, but a guy that certainly seems to know his stuff.  A proper hip hinge is definitely the thing I see butchered the most in ANY population!  Learn how to do it right and get better at the lifts that are actually going to help get you the body you want.

 Five Tips for 2012 Fitness Success by Alwyn Cosgrove

If you made a resolution this year, go back and read this article, then make it again the right way!

How Yoga Can Wreck Your Body by William J Broad

This Times article from William J Broad looks at the DANGERS OF YOGA and is really sparking a battle between the fitness and yoga worlds.  Either way it’s an interesting read.
