Eating on the Go

We all have those days where we can’t (didn’t) prepare or plan our meals ahead of time.  We can’t all be that juiced up orange colored trainer at the gym who carries a duffel bag full of Tupperware everywhere he goes and eats when his timer goes off regardless of how inappropriate the timing may be.  I refuse to believe that’s the only path to getting the body you want. Awesome new breakfast protein shake
